What happens if you can’t fix my IT issue?

We have a huge pool of experienced IT professionals, from software developers to infrastructure engineers and security specialists – but in the unlikely event we’re unable to resolve your issue any time spent will be credited back to your account.

What happens if I don’t use all my minutes up in a month?

Any unused minutes rollover.  Your paid for minutes remain on your account available for you to use for as long as you have a active subscription.

How quickly will my IT issue be resolved?

Depending on the issue and how you’ve contacted us – we maybe able to resolve your issue within minutes over the phone.

For more complex problems, an engineer will be assigned and will contact you within 15 minutes of a ticket being logged by the support desk.

How do I log an issue?
